A new Lease on Life.

We have undertaken a great public service to begin the process of restoring  the Citizens Bank Building and ensuring that this important historic structure is preserved for future generations. We of Miami Golden recognize the key role that the Citizens Bank Building can play in the revitalization of the area and endeavoring to adaptively reuse the building in a manner which will ensure that it becomes a self-sustaining facility, which maintains its historic nature, but which maximizes its revitalizing and cultural influence on the surrounding area and provides a catalyst for economic growth in the densely zoned area, in the sector of the downtown Miami area.
